Our Little Princess is Four!

The Cute Birthday Girl!

After asking everyday since the summer started, it was finally Monique's birthday. She knows her birthday is in the summer, and couldn't understand why her birthday didn't come the minute summer hit. Now, she's finally 4, and her life is complete. She chose to have a Cinderella party (of course) and it was a big hit with all her friends. Cinderella called her bright and early Friday morning. (Mommy was a dummy and forgot to mark 9:00 am MST, so instead it was EST and we had to wake her up to receive her call) She was a little confused at first, and thought it was grandma. Once she woke up a little more and realized who had called her, she was very excited. She had a hard time waiting until 1:00 pm for her party. Luckily, Kirk needed to pick up Grandpa from the airport, and I sent her along with him. She went to the airport dressed as Cinderella, because she wanted to be ready for her party. Once the party started, we dressed Kirk and Grandpa up with crepe paper, played Princess Musical Chairs, danced under the sea with Ariel, and played freeze dance. She received many girly gifts, and couldn't wait to play with all the make-up and jewelery. She ate cake, played with her friends, and passed out from a sugar over-dose after the party. Overall, it was so much fun, and Mommy is very tired!
